Pier Giorgio Berta
He was born in Asti in 1964, oenologist, he's practising his profession since 1984 first in an oenological laboratory as a technical analyst, then in a prestigious private winery, as a responsible of the grapes’ vinification and of the process and bottling of wines, taking care of the whole productive industry, until the packaging of the finished products. Since 1993 he undertakes the liberal profession in different zones of Italy; as an Enofly founder, he undertakes the oenological counselling in New wine-producing areas in different parts of the world, specialising in the vinification and preparation of still wines, white sparkling wines and red sparkling wines.
Luca Zavarise
He was born in 1963 in a province of Verona, oenologist, operational since 1983, with a specialisation in project and plant building area, in the application of technologies of clarification and separation on a membrane and in processes of biological stabilisation of wines. Enofly founder, with creative propensity to the developments of new projects in the productive oenological. During the spent professional activity, he cooperated to the development of a production company of oenological adjuvants, biotechnologies, microfiltration technologies and the plant building for the vinification, operating, apart from Italy, also in European countries, East European, Mediterranean basin countries, South America and China.
Enofly oenologists
The Enofly team is characterised by a specialised professionality in which contribute agronomists, oenologists and planners.
